  7. This is standard wisdom if you want to avoid noise, especially at HF, or if you
  8. have the current draw of a medium power HF rig.  But it depends on what you get
  9. by with!  For 2 meters, 40 watts, I have long used the cigar lighter plug with
  10. no ill effects.

  29. The LM386 is designed to drive a speaker....if you want
  30. to drive headphones use a low noise op amp like a 5534
  31. instead.....remember...ears is sensitive animals...
